  2. Why am I getting "Error 0X80030309" when I try and play some of my DVDs?

I used to run DVD43 but I have now upgraded my computer to 64 bit and now I cannot play any of the DVDs that I had copied to my hard drive.

Not only can't I play them but I seem not to be able to copy any new ones like I did before. It now tells me that the files are copy-protected - before with Windows 7 32 bit the files on the DVD copied no problem and played back as long as I had DVD43 loaded.

I don't want to "rip" them using 1Click DVD Copy or CopyToDVD SE - I just want to backup my DVDs to my hard drive so they don't get scratched.
