Canon EDSDK

My experiences with the Canon EOS Software Development Kit

I have downloaded all the Canon SDKs as they have been released. These SDKs are stored on my own private intranet.

I have programmed a few applications using the SDK but I have found that it is a lot of work. It would seem that you are far better off either finding another generic solution or using the software as-is. I have found that there is little to no support for the software either from Canon directly, especially Japan and not even from the development group in Australia where it is thought that the major development work for products such as Zoombrowser EX is performed.
