I have called this a "scam" in the past. It has been reported that it is not as good a deal as it is presented.

I am not convinced that Groupon is worth anything.
Those guys are just after your personal details so that they can sell them to the highest bidder.
I don't understand the Nokia ad where they are claiming that you ca save money and use Groupon as an example.
