Sir Timothy John "Tim" Berners-Lee

The inventor of the World Wide Web

It is amazing how little and how much has changed over the last 31 years. When Tim Berners-Lee was tinkering with the WWW at CERN in 1991 he configured what could have been the first webserver. 30 years later I have something not too different in the basement of my house.
