Cybersecurity

A general discussion on the measures available those taken by individuals and governmental agencies.

Page prompted by BBC program on Cyber Spies - on further research there seems to be a lot of reports on this activity, particularly that centred around the Chinese, government or otherwise, regarding the hacking of the Dalai Lamas computers and the extraction of information about Tibetan monks activities and Tibetan refugees.

Just recently, September/October 2011, a couple of reports on the exploits of the Chinese government hacking into computer systems around the world have come to my attention. One report was from the Unviersity of Cambridge in the UK and the other was from the Munk Centre for International Studies (part of the the University of Toronto, Canada) and the SecDev Group, again from Ottawa Canada.
